Wait a minute... so this video is pushing people ot be followers instead of leaders? Isn't that the complete opposite of everything you are tought in life? I agree the video is good, but what a terrible message to convey to people.

once the climax is reached and almost everyone is part of the "happening" (here: the dance), then another kind of leaders or the counter-leaders appears: the ones that will choose NOT to join the movement.

It's easy NOT to join in.By exerting the effort to join in now qualifies those followers to also lead thier own versions of the inclusion if they so desire thus,leaving the seed with a potential new leader.
