The Top 50 Most Influential A&R People in the U.K.

It’s true - I’ve listed the contact details of the top 50 biggest A&R cheeses in the U.K. here -

There’s no catch - it’s my Blog, you don’t have to sign up for anything, pay anything, sell your grandmother - nothing at all. If you’re in a band looking for a decent record deal, then it’s probably the best bit of free information you’ll ever receive.

Why? Because UK A&R people need to pull their finger out and start signing some homegrown talent. Not that I have anything against non-UK bands, but less than 30% of the top 100 singles in 2012 came from UK artists, as opposed to 30 years ago, when the majority of the top 100 were UK artists. We’re losing our global musical influence and we need to get it back!

Please use these names and contact details as you see fit, I just did the research.

Hi Nigel!

Thought this article was great and wanted to use the contacts as I manage a metal band and we are looking at options to sign a new record deal.

I'm really annoyed at the fact that the page has gone!!

Is there any way you could email me the list at

great job may I say!
