Producertech in Online Ableton Live courses, music production

Producertech are excited to announce the launch of their all-new Live Courses site, originally released back in 2009. With core courses created by certified Ableton Live trainer Rob Jones, this site has become widely known as one of the best platforms for learning about the software and music production, at an affordable rate and during times that suit you best, all from the comfort of your own home. With brand new tutorials, a vastly improved look and functionality, as well as updated technology that features optimum compatibility with all computers, tablets and phones, the new Live Courses is set to define new standards in online learning once again.
Coming out exclusively on the new site are brand new tutorials on Live 9, which can be found on the Level 1 Beginners-Intermediate course. These tutorials include some of the new features in version 9, such as the Browser, converting audio to MIDI and various MIDI editing tools, with all techniques applied to a number of different practical music-making situations. As well as thoroughly explaining each area of the software, there is an even greater emphasis on music theory, in response to student requests over email and on the buzzing forum.
The new site has also been expanded to now include additional courses on Ableton Live, rather than simply the core courses, so that people wanting to learn specific techniques tailored to certain styles of music or aspects of production are now catered for. Courses from Producertech tutors Paul Maddox, DJ Fracture and Nicholas D’Ombrain, covering techno and tech house, drum and bass and professional mastering are all currently available, with many more to come over the course of the year.
Having been in development for a number of years now, the new Live Courses site represents the pinnacle of Producertech’s 5 years of online teaching experience, with a much improved user interface, allowing a faster workflow, both for students and for anyone new to the site. Whatever the platform, be it a computer, tablet or phone, courses can quickly and easily be accessed and browsed, as well as course materials downloaded and tutors contacted.
As an introductory offer, Producertech are offering 30% off all courses on the site in March, using the coupon code LCLCH30. Just click on C on the Courses page to apply the discount.
