New Website to find live shows to play

Literally was just launched yesterday, working on gaining a user base, what are your thoughts?

A very nice, clean looking design, just a couple of bits of constructive criticism:

- It's a litttle confusing at the bottom of the first page as to why there's an either/or separation between bands/artists and DJs, as they have to click the same button. Also, the formatting is slightly different on the DJ part (in particular the spaces between lines);

- When searching for an artist, it would be helpful to have more variables to search by, eg location;

- When creating an account, the Free Vs Premium boxes look a bit odd with the different sizes, and the word "Premium" looks a bit squashed, you may want to consider a redesign on that. I also clicked through as a Booking Agent, yet it's asking me for my "Artist/Venue Name", when I selected neither. It would be worth having each option take you through an individual set of variables;

- Your Terms & Conditions could do with a bit about data protection, and you may want to consider an opt in/out tick box to set up a mailing list, so that you can keep reminding people about the page;

- To prevent spam accounts, it might be worth ensuring fields are validated - I'm not from the US, so I put a bunch of gibberish in as my Zip Code etc, and it passed the test. A Captcha box might also suit you well before it gets bogged down;

I'm sure you're already aware of a lot of these things, but I thought I'd better mention them for your assistance anyway. What's your promotion plan for the website? It's nice to see someone else cut into the pie that SonicBids has dominated over the last few years.
