January 16, 2014 New Free Mobile App Makes Life Easier for Musicians
Red Dragon Records is a relatively new but rapidly growing record label based in the south of the UK. It was designed and built around a business model that involved working with very new artists and the main ethos of the company since its inception is to help artists where possible whether signed to the label or not. To this end, we created a free mobile app (the only app of its kind at the time of writing). This app contains over 1,000 links to radio stations and blogs that have been vetted to ensure that they take music from unsigned or indie label artists. Furthermore there are sections for design companies, sites that will allow artists to find new sources of revenue or even giving artists companies that manufacture CD’s, websites or merchandise.
The app also has a ‘Music News’ section. In this section there are 3 real time feeds, one collects RSS feeds from blogs such as Hypebot, Music Ally and Discmakers to name a few. This means that in this feed you can keep an eye on all the latest blog posts regarding the music business and adjust your path accordingly. There is also a feed that collates twitter feeds of all the top music blogs, music business blogs and music opportunity accounts, again, allowing you to see opportunities worldwide at a quick glance.

This app is very well written. Good! Just like for musicians, now lets make callings easy for not only musicians but also for every common person. Have you came across Total Recall app? It is an auto recorder which allows recording of calls and that too with no beep noise.
